A Zoom Webinar or Large Meeting license for streaming events, lunch and learns, and lectures is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please see Request Service form for more information. Zoom Add-On licenses, such as Webinar and Large Meeting can be purchased for an additional cost. OU IT is providing a Pro license to all OU/OUHSC Faculty, Staff, Students, Residents and Affiliates. This will allow for enterprise integrations with Campus-wide tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Qualtrics and MyMedia. OU Learning Spaces and designated Zoom Admins will oversee all users in Zoom Video Conference Licenses.
You can access your free Pro account by going to and logging in with your OU Net ID and OU Password or and logging in with your OUHSC Username and Password. Zoom Meetings syncs with your calendar system and delivers streamlined enterprise-grade video conferencing from desktop and mobile. Zoom also supports scheduling or starting meetings from Outlook, Gmail, or iCal. It contains collaboration tools, that allow multiple participants can share their screens simultaneously and co-annotate for a more interactive meeting. Zoom allows for HD video and high-quality audio for all meetings. Zoom is a communications software that combines video conferencing, online meetings, chat and mobile collaboration.
